I agree, we're far too weak up the middle. Great teams int he playoffs have monster first line centerman who are superstars. Well except Montreal I guess.

Avs drafted two centers in Duchene and MacKinnon, one big winger in Landy and traded a first for a starting goaltender in Varly.

Not to mention they drafted O'Rielly in the second and already had Stastny.

RNH is a very good young player, he just doesn't have an NHL body. MacKinnon is much bigger.

I think Hall is already better than Duchene, they just don't have a two-way beast like O'Reilly nor a power forward like Landeskog. Their top-6 is one of the easiest to play against.
