God I've been staring at this since it happened. If Kessel had more work ethic he could actually be a complete player. Strong legs (even with his lazy ass workouts) CAN play defense if he ever wanted to. We need someone to help him round out his game, just a little bit, so he's not a liability defensively.


BTW. Spezza (as much hate as he gets here) would actually be a decent idea in 2015. I see him at Chesswood arena ALL THE TIME in the summer here in Toronto. He'd come at a decent price here and maybe he can play well so I can laugh at all my family in ottawa. 2 captains left their town!

i see spezza out here in streetsville at Vic Johnson all the time in the summer. him and a bunch of other local boys train and play shiny together. speeza, tavares, subban's, giordano, percy, strome, cizikas and others are out here often.
