Hank is off his game #1 and Bradsard didn't back check on the 3rd goal. Nash needs to start going hard to the net he is playing to timid and to the outside to much. Guy needs to play big and start driving hard to the net.

Corey Perry is a ginger that just about any team would take..

Perry's hair color is similar to Stamkos' IMO.

You almost think that blowing those 2 game leads vs Washington, this team is determined to never take another 2 game lead ever again.

If that's the way this series is going to be officiated moving forward then the Rangers are in trouble. Refs letting Flyers do their typical post-whistle stuff and make two god-awful embellishment calls on Zucc and Dorsett. The one on Zucc was particularly bad. The Dorsett one maybe not so much but I still don't think he embellished. The Rangers have had some PP time but could easily have more if the refs hadn't offset two penalties against the Flyers with BS embellishment calls.
- gkmkiller

Dorsett clearly embellished ... Zuc not so much.

The problem with embellishment calls is that it should be one or the other, not both. If it's a penalty then it shouldn't matter if the player embellishes.

edit: I'd also add the the way the refs have called this series so far hasn't exactly hurt the Rangers, who have 11 PP's to the Flyers 3.

The call on Zuccarello was horrible..As bad as the call on Simmonds in the first 2 mins of the game..Neither of those should be called anywhere in a playoff game. I literally saw no way to call that a dive.

The Dorsett hit is a different story and while he got pushed he also launched himself into the boards.

The Rangers need to find a way to tie this game and get the win in OT. Being up 2-0 on home ice and then allowing 3 unanswered goals is unacceptable. Championship caliber type teams hold that lead or find a way to win a game like this.

I think this period tells us how the rest of the series goes..
Flyers win and it goes 6 or 7.
Rangers win and it goes 4 or 5.

With the way some people have been taking around here, you would think the Rangers are the 1980s Oilers. The fact of the matter is Philly is a darn good team and nothing is going to be easy playing them, so just respect the damn opponent already and stop jinxing the Rangers with the overly optimistic bluster.

I hope that wasn't directed at me. I was not talking down about. My post had nothing to do with the Flyers being good or not. It was about the Rangers blowing a 2 goal lead.

Correct, and I'd love to see Lundqvist steal one playoff game during his next 8 years.

Two goal leads in hockey are never insupintable though. We have seen quite a few evaporate all around the league already. I'm not saying it's acceptable but the fact is they are not huge leads
