First time offender. If he gets that much the league is a joke on how thry judge these things.
- golfbard

Also national TV game. All the recap team said expect suspension. Multiple games book it. I'm sure Keith is gonna take the brunt of it next game. Lots of dump ins.

Very tired of throwing Crawford under the bus

But for Crawford it would have been. Did you see how many bodies the tying goal went through with 6 seconds left
It was bull sh it luck. It has to hit someone. Destiny maybe.

We were lucky on three wD'man shots that. Bounced off a body and in.

Q wanted push back and a chippy game
He got just that
Seabrook pushed the envelope and got caught....Hawks killed 4 minutes and 54 seconds while two men down for almost a minute

PK did an amazing job

Losing two in OT sucks but back to the United Center and if we win two the pressure is all on the Blues in game 5
I think this will happen

St Louis is a big tough team
Bickel had a great game IMO

Enough of the negative yak yak

- PEIHawkFan

I like how you think! Two pipes and some big saves by Craw as his team mates rested in a coma or awoke long enough to take some god awful pens. What a PK job by 16 and 4 today.

Oh, good - another city heard from.

One that doesn't even have a team.

Shiit.

- StLBravesFan

Good point. What would fans of teams in other cities know about the hit? Chicago is the only city with a TV and the internet.

I see a 2 gamer coming. First time offender for that hit is looking at 4-5 in the regular season. Seems they tend to give playoff games an equivalent of 2-3 regular season games when they hand out postseason suspensions.

The bigs guns need to step up, no goals from Toews, Hossa, Sharp, Shaw and Versteeg. If that trend continues we lose in 4, no doubt about it. We need to play our skilled speed game forget what the Blues want to do. Right now they're dictating the series and that needs to change.
- DarthKane

If versteeg is a big gun, this team is in deep doo doo

Isn't that what all NHL goalies do - from the best to the worst - keep games from being 5 to 1?

That's there job.

Championship goalies - LIKE CRAWFORD LAST YEAR - make the big saves late in games that WIN games.

The tying goal tonite - way out of position - looking and leaning right while Terresanko was moving left - if he squares up to the shooter he blocks the shot.

No one is throwing him under the bus: if it's ok to criticize everyone else on the ice for mistakes - and it is (and I do), it's certainly ok to criticize your last line of defense and NOT give him a pass because someone else made a mistake.

Well....if you are trying to get 1 of your top guys NOT suspended....do whatever it takes.

God damnit. This is beyond frustrating. Just awful. I don't want to hear about how they can win this series. They aren't right now and baring a complete 180 its not happening.

Changes need to be made this offseason. Too many role guys thinking they are top 6 guys.

- SteveRain

It might be refreshing like Sage stated but no GM would ever do that...and I don't think it would ever have an impact on how long a suspension is.

He's a Nucks fan, Sage.

Just ignore him. He's trolling for a reaction.

You know what if St Louis is smart they don't get involved in settling scores they just focus on winning the game. If they win game 3 they have a stranglehold on the series. If they try to retaliate and lose focus I like the Hawks chances of getting back in the series.

Blackhawks female dog 3x as much as any other team about Backes. And I'm so glad your second least favorite (Jackman) scored the game winner. Here's to a much more physical series from here on out db's.

Well to be fair…..Hankthetank has been trolling these boards since atlanta HAD a team…..

Boy, nothing like a playoff loss to bring out all the outraged and stupid.

The only thing disappointing, other than two losses, was that the Hawks sunk to the Blues level when they didn't need to. In fact, they got back into the game buy just out skating them and out working them. Then Seabrook goes to the zoo……..

Before we go down every single tired alley of complaint- 2C, goalie, the size of Stan's nuts or Q's brain, know that even with a suspended Seabrook- and he will be suspended- the Hawks can easily win the next two games. Heck, they almost won these two games and they didn't even play well….

It's not a true series until the home team loses.

That's a good solution. Call anyone a troll who thinks it was a dirty hit!

Why try use logic when you could just label people who don't agree with you as trolls?

It was the exact same hit as the one Torres laid on Seabrook. You remember that one, it was the one where all you guys were calling for Torres to be banned for life as a result.

I don't understand how Ogi can be suspended for posting (supposedly) bad on other boards, but these douchenozzles (was that the word?) can come here and be total idiots.

Fun fact Hank: There are Hawks fans who don't like the hit at all. It was pointless and idiotic and cost the team the game.

Still doesn't mean you aren't a troll. Thanks for stopping by.

What does Backes have to do with Lap? And thus far I'd say Lappy has played pretty clean. IMO he's more of a scheiss disturber than a dirt player. I wasn't a fan of the signing when we got him so.
