It's like saying Dan Blysma is an outstanding coach....could it be that he has the best player on the planet on his team? Could it also be that he has another top 5 player on his team in Malkin as well.....nah just must be great coaching. Put Dan Blysma on the Preds and I bet he would have made the playoffs maybe once over the last 10 years.

YUP Blysma is more lucky than good. Pens were primed to win at least one cup based on their wordly talent. If Dan was a REALLY good coach, the Pens would have won at least few more cups.

Still gotta put the plan together and have your team execute. Winning a cup is no easy feat and you have to do lots of the right things as a coach. Crosby and Malkin can't play every shift

I'm not disputing if they will be or not, the point is....they are no where close to being Pronger and Neidermayer....we're talking about arguably the two best defenders of our time along with Lidstrom.
