Scoring goals doesn't give a goalie confidence, making a bunch of key saves just might... Reimer just looked defeated when given the reign when Bernier went down... at that point, it was too late.

I agree with all of that, those NMC's for the twins are as big an anchor around the Canucks necks as the muskoka five's was for us.

Those kinds of coincidences happen more often than people realize. Strachan was extremely pro players during the last lock out, and he got drummed out of the business. Ron MacLean dared to call Bettman out in interviews, the league complained to CBC, now Rogers is in, and Ron is being phased out. How much do you want to bet that Gary made sure that phase out was part of the deal with Rogers?
