It baffles me anyone who doesn't follow advanced stats doesn't find this a bit scary.

Like, first thing I'd do is find a center with a high Corsi % Rel and stick him in my bottom 6. Brian Boyle would be the first guy on my list for bottom 6 bruiser and possession player, and have a crack at Jussi Jokinen, another player that'd fit that role. Possession numbers were the sole reason Clarkson even had good numbers the last two years; playing with high possession stat grinders while charging the net for goals. They need to insulate him with that type of crowd or they'll never get anything out of him.
