Flyers have shown an ability to come back game after game this season, but it would be really awesome to not have to do that in this series.

Being able to show that they can win at MSG will be huge.

They are the underdogs here, and I look forward to seeing what the kids can do. Emery gets his chance, its now or never for him.

Really excited to see how Berube has planned to handle the speed of the Rangers. Coming out at home, you assume they will be flying.

He was a player who had marginal NHL success (think he had 50 points once) who played for the Flyers near the tail end of his career. He had one crazy magical playoff with Washington where he went on an absolute tear and put up over a point per game and had a crapload of goals. Then he went back to being John Druce.

Yeah, I really hope they can weather that storm with Ray in there... if they get out of the first tied or leading, they have a good shot.

Berube is going to have the same game plan, and style of play that he has instilled all year, against any opponent. Play a tight gap, as a 5 man unit. Get the puck deep and manage the puck. Don;t allow them to use that transiton speed by turning the puck over with bad decisions and poorly executed breakouts and passes. Get the puck deep, and get on their defense. Get pucks to the net, and crash the net. The team that wins the puck battles, and manages the puck the best will win this series.

How you read what and how I said it from typed word over the internet, is not my problem.

Hockey isn't a complicated game. Other then maybe a few set face off plays added based on a team's coverage scheme, or tweaking a breakout a little bit. They're going to play the same way that the Coach has been trying to get them to play since he took over 74 games ago or whatever. Same for pretty much every team. I can tell you how Boston is going to play and what they're game plan is going to be. Same as it has been all Season. Don't get into the playoffs and make wholesale changes.
