Chicago was able to play that way because it wasn't the first or second round of the playoffs. Chara was tired and worn down, others as well. Bergeron injured. Problem with Boston is in the early rounds... not later on.

if they meet up with the habs. i think that the habs can take them out but will have nothing left in the tank to beat pittsburg in the 3rd round.

Fatigue and injuries. The Bruins went deep in the playoffs last year in a short compressed season. This season was compressed too and they had a few Olympians as key players as well. If guys start getting hurt or tired, it could cost them dearly.
The Bruins lost last year to the Blackhawks and had difficult with the Leafs because of team speed. If the Bruins run into a speedy team and Rask isn't playing like his usual Vezina caliber, it could cause them some problems. |

Mr. French, you need to keep your ideas and opinions to your own teams, not prattle on with a bunch of nonsense of who other teams will not succeed.
Why not spend your time blogging on why the Coyotes won't win the Cup. I guess the obvious reason is the one you missed entirely, that is the team not being good enough to qualify for the playoffs.
Next up, figure out what next the team should do. Perhaps move out of Phoenix, a place where no hockey team should be in the first place.
Stop babbling crap about other teams and focus on your own! |
