There are some interesting players available at 5, however they are not slam stars. It will be interesting to see what happens here

As bad as it is for isles. What is edmontons deal? I'm mean how many #1 picks can one team have and still suck.

We swap with Toronto (5-8) for Reimer (we add a little something, little)

We swap with Anaheim (5-10) for Anderson (add something)

we aim for Ehlers or Virtanen

A couple of the mock draft's I've seen have Dal Colle at 5 for the Isles. I have no idea about these players. I doubt whoever is taken can step in right away.

There's no way Snow will give up next years 1st & 2nd rd picks to Sabres in a loaded draft or he's really fackin stupid....
And I don't see him trying to recoup those picks bc teams know that 2015 draft is loaded unless worthy players are involved.

So I cant imagine not having a 1st & 2nd rd pick next year on a team that will almost be the same & continue to employ the same coach...

Whatever we think makes the most sense, Snow does the opposite. I think we should give it up this year because outside of the top 3 there is no great player. But since I think we should give it up, I expect them to use it this year.

Snow does have montreal's second and Phillys third this year and Phillys second next year

Once again people there are good players available at 5 just not a slam dunk franchise game changer there but their is legit talent there

Dan, I know that but Flyers might be good again next year and will be a late 2nd rd pick, in a loaded draft, Snow already gave up Isles to Sabres and really shouldn't give away the 1st either.

This years picks, I'm really not concerned about anyone in this draft, so this should be the year Snow tries to trade away as many picks as possible for something/someone.

I know some are trying to be optimistic about Snow attracting players to play here by FA or trade route, but with the same people in charge & coach, I really do not see any important/worthy changes made. Snow will bring in the G, D, F needed for this team, only problem will be not the right type of players needed..... U can bank on that!!!

I say trade this year pick. At this point who really cares. ARe we still really rebuilding anyway?? I mean the team has been horrendous for years deferring this year pick is not going to hurt them in any way

Man, Leafs management has really pissed me off over the years, but the boneheads that have run the Isles over the past decade have been a complete joke.
You guys are hardcore fans, good on you!
Taveres is awesome, I hope you're able to get players to play with him.
I thought for sure, you'd re sign Moulson.
