Many aren't into trading Myers for the 3rd pick in this draft but I might be inclined to do it straight up and I've been a Myers keeper for years while many were saying he should be dealt during his downtime.

Florida and edmonton are teams with similar needs, with the except of goalie after they snagged luongo. pretending like one option is magically way better than the other MAKES NO SENSE.

i think its fairly likely reinhart goes first. not my ideal scenario, but its what my brain is telling me happens. i think the same would have happened had edmonton drafted first, or they would have traded down, which isn't exactly ideal for us anyways.

McCabe, Risto, Ruhwedel plus any of the other scrubs? I would listen to a combination of a good one and an "okay" player.

Top D next year will be a Freshmen ergo wont be ready for some time were Ekbald is said to be NHL ready. But overal the D next year is far better than this years. 3 could go in top 10 of a stacked draft next year
