No, we need B Schenn try pry super sniper Yakupov (he's young, which means it's guaranteed he'll be a Selke candidate later on) out of Edmonton, fool. We don't need your rash decisions and quick fixes. - jmatchett383
We get Kesler, Yak, Giordano and Edler for Hartnell, Schenns, Laughton (Richards 3.0), Cousins (he has a ton of value) and first round pick.
We just send them all to western Canada and let Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver fight it out for them. |

Hmmm, interesting. It definitely does fit the "Everyone else's player are all better than all of our players" criteria, so it just may work. |

He went to high school with Nutter, so I really don't trust him at all. |

Same guy also said he died and was sighted with Elvis and Jim Morrison at a Piggly Wiggly in Mobile, Alabama!

No, that was Perry Mason, and that's very believable. |

To be fair, it's only because Crosby missed so many games due to injury. - bradleyc4
Yeah, the ppg isn't even close, but there's something to be said about being able to stay healthy AND produce.
Still, not bad for a 22nd-overall pick. |

He's still 4th, and that's following his "down" year last year. |

Question to ponder. Would anyone take a run at Mike Green in the offseason. He is in last year of deal. Say we replace Kimmo with green. We get some puck moving and offense on the back end and you don't have a long commitment so when Ghost is ready if he signs he gets a full year at ahl. I know he has injury concerns but maybe you can limit his minutes if MacDonald is singed to extension. Possible pairings could be:
Coburn - Grossman
Striet - Mac
Green - Schenn
Bill please chime in aswell. I don't think Washington would be able to get a ton inreturn for Green since is cap is about 5.2 million and due to injuries and down season. |

I'd rather dig my nails in and try to pry John Carlson away even though it would cost more. If we're gonna go for it, let's swing for the fences. |
