When he says that. He can't be accused of lying Bc he gave himself an out. He is implying theres more to know. If hes fine then Why is he listed day to day?
- Just5

He's listed day to day because he sustained an injury and had to leave the game. Berube said that he expects Mason to be ready for game 1. They did not say that he did not sustain an injury.

More likely former Flyers first round occurence:
- Danny Briere leads all players in goals (11) and has the worst +/- (-13) in round one
- Andrei Meszaros pots 4 goals, including the series-winning goal in OT of Game 6
- Mike Richards leads the playoffs in SHG with 3, but is made a healthy scratch after being found passed out drunk at a sorority mixer the night before Game 7
- Sergei Bobrovsky posts a first-round-best 1.87 GAA but Columbus is swept aside in 5 games

I can see the last option happening, honestly.

Make it 6 games though.

Yes, verified. Was never a question about it, actually. The loophole Schultz used to become a June UFA was closed in the new CBA.

thanks bill

i know people think it's crazy to worry, but all this talk about how we could lose him had me worried.

i'd like to feel assured that we'll get the benefits of making an awesome third rd pick.

No, it would be down to the final 4..........should they win the top seeded Baie-Comeau awaits.

Halifax vs Val-D'or is the other matchup

Baie-Comeau (or is it Halifax) has Drouin if I'm not mistaken. I wonder if Rimouski gets bounced if the Flyers would bring Morin along to skate with the Black Aces during the playoffs. Would that even be allowed?

Not sure if it's allowed, Drouin is with Halifax

ecstatic they are back in the playoffs and looking forward to the rangers series, renewing a great old rivalry

was a bit surprised they sat Downie, thought he needed the work, unless he is not part of Berube's plan going forward

Hal Gill can still play, why was he used so sparingly?

Will enjoy rooting for CBJ and Detroit in their series

For fans of a team that missed the playoffs last Season, but made it for the current Season, the mood is negative. Not surprisingly.

Finally some good karma. Gill was used so sparingly, because the 6 regulars are better then he is, and the Flyers were relatively injury free on the backend.
