Are their beef patties really fresh and never frozen? - Streit2ThePoint
Its true.
But the secret is, what they serve you isn't beef patties... so they can be frozen. |

Honestly, the Rangers have been my dark horse pick for the WS title.
Hopefully the Flyers prove me wrong. |

Recent history is a good indicator of how things will go.
If the Flyers can leave all the fancy crap at home and just screen Hank and throw pucks from all types of angles, we may have a shot.
If the Flyers decide to try to pass the puck into the net 100% of the time and rely strictly on the PP, we don't have much of a shot.

Their beef patties (which, yes, are real beef) show up 100% frozen. |

Did I say I was going to do it, or condone it? I think you need a drink. Your wound a bit too tight. - SchennBros
"he will need protection when he comes to Philly. I mean they threw batteries at J.D.Drew and he was a chump. If a HOF prospect of ours refuses to play with us... It might be smart for him to get the Philly Flu when he plays the Flyers."
So to answer your question...yes. |

If Downie is healthy, he likely plays. I like Akeson, and I think he played well yesterday... but we are going into the playoffs here... - SchennBros
I really think Berube will sit Downie game one and see how it goes. Just seems all his mistakes turn into goals against. I am not an Akeson lover but I think he could start game one and see what happens. |

We'll see what happens. But my guess is that if they had any plans of playing Akeson in the playoffs, he should have been recalled a lot sooner. |

Akeson played in a throwaway game and was getting tossed around like a rag doll on the boards. Not sure he's ready for a playoff series against one of the NHL's top defensive teams. |

Downie was awful in the game vs. Tampa. It's not a coincidence he sat the next 2 games. I think Berube is done with him, barring injuries. |

How the hell WOULD you participate in any of that? Are you an NHL player? If not, how would you ever possibly taken a run at a player.
So, you're stating that, because a player MIGHT (it has not happened yet, and there's no reason to believe it will) not sign with the team that drafted him you feel the team will try to hurt him? Then why didn't Vancouver run Umberger, or Anaheim run Justin Schultz?
This is a business with professionals. They're not going to take it as a personal offense if he doesn't sign with them. |

It's really kinda sad that Tye McGinn is our best option moving forward, while Pittsburgh was able to call up Megna on a whim and get his level of play. |

Ah man did anyone see that quote from Ghost in the union paper? Pretty much said the advantage of waiting out senior year was he could pick whatever team he wanted? The fact that thought is in his head cant feel too good with Homer or any fans. |

No. I said the FANS would. The FANS threw batteries at JD Drew... Not the Players. I think the FANS would be furious with Ghost and it might get dangerous for him around the Philly area... Where are you getting this stuff? |

How the hell are people getting this? He was asked a question, and answered it. He didn't say, "Well, I'm planning on waiting until the tail end of UFA period next season and signing with whoever will give me the most money (keeping in mind that $$ is capped at a relatively low number)." He was asked a question and answered it. OF COURSE it's in his head, as much as it is in every player's head. Let's worry about that if he's not signed this time next year. |
