I know he's slow as a glacier, but Gill has played admirably in the games he's got into. Now granted it's only been like 5, and it's pretty obvious he wouldn't be able to keep it up, but he's been decent!

He is alright for an injury fill in, and you aren't stunting his growth as a player by having him sit out games. That's better than the Luca Sbisa approach.

Don't mind Gill. Seems like a smart player and a good team guy.
