Leafs win.

You mean a team that can't get out of their own way beat the big, bad, mighty Bruins? Unpossible.

The Bruins beat the Datsyuk/Zetterberg-less Red Wings last night right?

There you go!

And I'm going to be drinking nothing but water for the next couple of days to flush all this ibuprofin out of me. And it still isn't completely gone.

Thanks. I get 'em once in a while, but the timing on this one was just bad. Hopefully better tomorrow.

Headache?

Advil/Aleve together with Tylenol.

Hit yourself with a full gram of Tylenol in one dose.

I get headaches a lot, and I can tolerate most of them. It's the occasional migraine that kicks my ass.

My father once told me he had never had a headache in his life. Why couldn't I have gotten that gene?

That's poop, but yeah.

Take an Advil/Aleve at same time as Tylenol. Just watch the acetaminophen to not go over 4grams in a day (its in most poop)

First dose hit it hard. If you don't have a naproxen prescription go to your doc and get one. Not a narc so shouldn't be hard.

I can usually knock them out when I feel them coming on, but I'll remember the recommendation.

Not more than 4g a day or something a little less than that for more than a few days in a row though

I missed the 3rd as I was on the ice myself. Glad I didn't waste my time with another shutout period.

Vile.

At least I won in yet another shoot out.

Bob.

this is what i was afraid of w/ 9 left. 0-1-2 so far and i can really see them shriveling up, like they did tonight, and winning maybe 1 or 2 more.....i don't think that gets them in without a ton of help....of course i can also see them winning out, going on a serious heater and making a scf run, just not as much

they've had a hellish schedule and played well for most of it. it sucks they couldn't crutz out those extra points against boston and stl. because they weren't going to run the table. i think the boston game over the weekend will be a good one and they'll be ready and up for it. if they can win that, it should bode well for the final stretch. either way, i still think they get in, and that's all they have to do...that, and stay healthy.

I think that we can and need to realisticallly win 3 of the remaining games. Buffalo, Florida and Carolina. That would give them 93 points and I think that gets them in the dance. Issue I have is that the Rangers are pulling away for 2nd in the div. Also, I really want them to play well going into the playoffs..

I have no doubt they finish with 93-96 points and get in, I'm just hoping that they finish either 3rd in the metro or grab the first wildcard spot. Finishing 8th and getting Boston in the first round pretty much guarantees one and done.

Definitely.

Games like this really just find a way to slightly irritate me. Holmgren is apparently a (frank)ing saint but JVR and Bobrovksy would look pretty decent right now. He has good qualities about him as a GM, but I haven't been a fan of his for a long while now.

Its a drum I beat.

- flyer_nutter

Not having Bobrovsky or JVR is not why they lost last nights game. Nor was it a lack of foot speed. That is not the weakness of this Flyers team. What is a weakness is not competing to the full extent that they can. They were flat in the 3rd period. Who the hell knows why, but they were,
