For one good playoff run I guess.

I can remember people discussing retiring his number. They had to be dosing the beer or doing something subliminal in the TV broadcasts.

I'd be shocked if b schenn is on roster next year.

Yo yo yo homies.

Big game this evening. Always enjoy seeing Bobrovksy, hope the Flyers and Mason step up.

The last two losses should leave a bitter taste in their mouth.

It's a good deal and a nice additional feeling to be in a box and not in the never to be cleaned bowl seats, sticky floors and crowed concourse/bathrooms.
- mayorofangrytown

I sat 2 rows from ice one time and was stuck there whole game. Floor was so sticky I couldn't lift my feet.

Thats planned. They don't like showing empty seats up front. When you're there, you're there for good.

They've lost 4 of 5 and only managed 4 of the last 10 points while giving away 8. I really want to see a win.

If the last two games served notice than this game needs to be a statement!!!

I (almost) felt bad for the Chicago fans in attendance. A few of them kind of half-stood, didn't know whether to celebrate or not. Very awkward.

As a side note, the Flyers fans in the front 2 rows were very kind. They moved away from the glass so that the Chicago fans could be as close as possible.

Bleacher report had an article of proposed off season trades. They had coots, coburn, and philly #1 pick to edm for eberle and edm #1 pick( ekblad) my first thought was nope. Then I thought I wonder if edm would do that trade if it was schenn instead of coots. Then I'd do it. Not that any of this means squat

I'm going to go out on a limb here, that the Flyers are not trading Couturier.

I fully expect the Flyers to come out flat and get beat 5-1 because nutter jinxed them.

Thanks a lot.

Preach it brother.

They have faced some tough competition, and this isn't an easy schedule in terms of exhaustion but its time to buck on up. Should be a good game.

I don't think the value for B. Schenn is what we think it is. I wouldn't be surprised if he has relativelylow trade value.

But lets be honest. A clear bias against Schenn factors into this statement.

Naturally. I will say this though, If he had a higher value he would have been moved already. He was being shopped and has yet to be extended. Flyers don't often take their players to RFA status. They always sign them early. Except Schenn for some reason.

I know. It's kinda funny how coots is still but in these articles. Coots is almost as untouchable as g. I'd say he's the 2nd most untouchable. At least they could make it with someone plausible

How do you know that he was being shopped? And I disagree that his perceived trade value has anything to do with whether he is still here or not. I wouldn't read a lot into Schenn not being signed at this point. It's just a formality. And all it means is that they just haven't come to an agreement yet.

I would only include Couturier in a deal for a franchise defenseman.

Ekblad? I wouldn't do it. To be honest, I don't think id trade coots at all. And god knows I've been on the trade coots bandwagon.

I should re-post and add established to the franchise defenseman tag.
