We can all blame the Coach when is very visible that it was the wrong Coach for this group of players,Tom Rennei should have stay as well Krueger but that was GM decisions,Eakins is not an NHL coach as much the players have played poorly this season we can all see that this team under Eakins have take a huge step back and some of the top players under Eakins have even take a step back in progression,but as much I blame Eakins for this year step back I blame the same MacT cause he's the one that made the call for a coaching change.

this Team have take a huge step back in General under Eakins coaching,I remember early in the season lots of guys here mentioning how much this Oil team had improve 5v5 under Eakins,again there's nothing positive about this season.

Agreed... Eakins doesn't have the stress that Ralph had though... Eakins doesn't to worry about coming up with game plans, or doing anything to aid in the development of his players, as is evident by his comments, actions and results this season.
