I for one, am really (frank)ing glad the Leafs re-signed Phaneuf to a bloated contract.

Wanted nothing to do with him.

I always slug in the preview from the previous game, so that I don't have to do the HTML and basic format over and over. Updated the Flyers' record but the Bruins temporarily "inherited" the Leafs' record (we wish, eh?). Fixed it.

i always liked his physical game but thought he was a bit over rated. now it's like a disaster waiting to happen every time the puck goes near him. he had a similar play in yesterday's game to the simmonds one from when they played the flyers. he was quoted after that one as saying "it was 40 ft in the air. what did you want me to do?"....uh, not kick it out in the slot right to the other team?

You won't beat Boston without an all out 60 minute effort so get the feet moving and keep em moving

2. Mason must shine
Boston is just too damn good not to get some quality chances, Mason is going to have to outplay Rask if the Flyers want to come away with 2 points today.

3. Puck support
Keeping the gaps short and supporting each other so that puck battles can be won is an absolute must to have any chance of beating the Bruins

I agree with this assessment. He definitely can kick into a higher gear when the games start getting faster and more physical. Its really where the Richards comparisons shine through.
