No thanks - Just5
America has every type of climate to visit. We just need to build ancient castles and then we will never need to leave. Ancient churches too I suppose. |

Typical Philly attitude. These are the same people who insist on calling spaghetti sauce "gravy" even though the rest of the world says its sauce.
Rocky wasn't real either.
- MBFlyerfan
I forgot about gravy... that is just.... like WHAT?!?!?!? its sauce.... specifically marinara sauce.
And Rocky was real. He was the boxing verison of Stalone. Rocky's life mirror's Stalone very close. |

I think it is important to not advertise you are American. There are frindge groups in Turkey, anti-american. But guess what, if you dont advertse your American, then you could be English, French, Italian, German, African... whatever.
Its just the same as going to Brazil or Morocco or Egypt... Just keep a low key. Dont walk around with a fanny pack, and your Eagles jersey, with your Obama pin and you wont give off any flags... Actually you might want to put on a manchester united shirt, shave your head, and wear an Anarchy pin.... - SchennBros
Just need to be smart, no matter where you go.
Stay in populated areas, be careful at night, be aware of your surroundings, stay as inconspicuous as possible... that goes for anywhere you visit, whether it's Istanbul, Italy or Indiana. |

You can't depend on the PP. Rangers are a fairly disciplined team. The 5x5 play has to be much better. Losing battles all over the ice is whats beating them. - PLindbergh31
Well it is a cyclical issue. If they play stronger at ES then they will draw more PPs. But they aren't going to beat the Rangers at 5-on-5 hockey. They clog everything up too much and Lundquist is too good of a goalie... Pure and simple. |

The world as a dangerous place for Americans is mostly media-driven paranoia. - Tomahawk
Is New Orleans outside of the French Quarter safe for Americans? |

Normally hard to hide the fact that you aren't Muslim in a Muslim country though. |

About as hard to hide a person wearing a hijab in Toledo, OH... but it doesn't mean that person is necessarily in danger. |

And why is that? I enjoy marinara on my pasta. Its not as watery as spagetti sauce, and has more spices like olive oil, basil, garlic... Not sure what you mean here. |

I find it quite ironic that a guy who complains about OT subjects such as politics (though I agree), music, movies, etc, will go on for pages about the word 'hoagie'.
