The guy turned 50 last week. That likely played a part as well. And was dismissed by the Bronx DA's office back in 1992 for conduct against his oath. According to a friend of mine who worked there back then, he tipped off some mob guys about a case.

And as a Bruins fan this game should only build you confidence.

Did you see them cower in the corners and for battles over the puck? They think this game means a bunch for them and maybe it does to make the playoffs. BUT, as a Bruins fan, with this style of play, they shouldn't last a series with the bruins.

If you re watch the game, just watch the Canadians cower with the puck when they hear the b's footsteps.

- JIwasinskiJr

how many times are you going to bring up the scary footsteps??

I saw the habs hit back and the whinny bruins did not like it very much so they resorted to cheap shots like usual

Ok so punching Boychuck in the face while he was down is a clean hit?

Are you Waterboy?

- Fredobbface

Haven't seen the hit.

But punching a Bruins in the face while down would be considered a clean hit in my books.

Those were great times. There were only fights when the goons wanted to fight.

Doesn't help when you have that ape Chara around, with his two brain cells colliding together

I have two. One is hers, going with her. My oldest is almost 17, lives with his mom. It'll be just me and the dog for over a week.

Oh, I have cats too, but (frank) them. They don't like me anyway.

He has to tuck them back there???

I'd look at some type of surgery.

But really Scott, can you imagine if that led to a too many men on the ice penalty?

And quite possibly a goal?

It would've ranked right up there with the Kovalev slash..
