Doesn't take much to hurt down there.

As a bruins fan, I made a comment to my father as I watched this game that I would have rather him not done that...

All it does is give the other team ammo and your right. It was a d I c K move and I'm not a fan of this type if play.

As the bruins we are supposed to be tough no a bunch of European behind the scene soccer players with dirty plays.

Well, no sir. I'm sorry but I will not. Anyways, what did you observe from this game? I thought the Habs made a hell of an effort to pull this out.

But they by no means dominated, in any facet of the game......agree or is the my yellow glasses.

FYI this was a really fun game to watch, but it was pretty expected to be a loss as soon as we failed to score in the OT.

- JIwasinskiJr

It was a close game where the Bruins had the edge. It was similar to a playoffs game where if the Bruins played like that it would most likely wear down the Habs over the course of a dew games. That being said, the Bruins play a weird way against the Habs unlike they do against other teams, like they're afraid to lose.

Good call Jr. nobody does.

It was a good game to watch. And you seem like a pretty good fella.

But you must admit, the 3 penalties in a row in the third was a bit excessive, no?

the high stick by bouillon was a no brainer, the one on Gallagher was questionable after seeing the replay (refs don't get that) and the other to Murray was iffy also. Not like all Habs PP were not questionable. PK was a rat tonight, not a huge fan of his antics when he starts

I don't think it was there being afraid to lose as much as it was there EMOTIONAL VENDETTA to try to get even. It was the Canadians getting under there skin and the B's not STICKING to there game plan.

The bruins tried to get too pretty, too many passes, too many moves, mad not putting the puck on net enough.

We tried to get fancy and DIDNT GET THE PUCK DEEP. It reminds me of the TB series, we tried to get into a run and gun instead of our game and it allowed the Habs to wether the storm.

If they can get the B's off there game like this and Price, TRULY BECOMES AN ELITE GOALIE, then they could steal a few games and win a series.

Ugh....the Habs beating the bruins in the playoffs, please no.

Boots??

Could be anyone from the guy who has the biggest feet on the team, to the guy that wears boots to the rink.

I really didn't have a clue.

Also, Frankie did not play that bad either.

It's why I hate too many penalty calls in general. Let the players play, AND they do so much more in the playoffs.

There were many penalties that we're not called or were called and shouldn't have been in my opinion. You guys got away with a high stick on smith that should have been FOUR minutes, etc.

Which is why I side on the idea of not calling penalties.

You guys had some hooking and a holding call that I would rather have gone uncalled. I thought that PK got what he deserved and if you guys were to slap the s h I t out of Marchand because of his shenanigans, I would not complain. I hate that type of play, BUT in the modern NHL he is one of the only players to get us PP. The "slash" on Iggy, seriously. The refs need to stay out of it.

That said, we are one of, if not the best possession team in hockey and we don't get calls???? How is that possible? I think it's the culture of play and it hurts us in the regular season.

He was very good. BUT, are you kidding me with the overall team defense? He made save when he needed too, but to me....it was the Canadians team defense that beat the s h I it out of every one in that tournament.

I take pride that my favorite player, his jersey I'm wearing now, Bergy, was part of that, and that Julian's style was part of the Canadians gold. The USA team needs to understand that it's not an All-star tournament. The best overall team won period. I loved watching you guys play real hockey, IT was.......beautiful. Especially when the high scoring teams against lesser opponents get all the headlines.

I should route for another team until they trade him? He helped us win a Cup but, your right. I've been a fan for as long as I've been alive but I'm going to stop watching my team because Marchand is there.

FYI, I secretively wanted the bruins to package Marchand to Tampa Bay for St. Louis.......Shhhhhhhh.
