I've read the cap won't be that high, due to the CDN dollar.

Could very well be, I just used the suggested number.

I have one too many player on that list too.

So either get rid of Bourque for a bag of pucks, or let the captain go.

Ken, you having to refer to that is as desperate of a move as Couillard throwing référendums warnings left and right.

This post looks as desperate as making a racist charter to get the rednecks vote.

But my intention is really not to talk about politics !

I'm sure we can manage to get another rock to find the captain's replacement.

2.5 for gio is fine but i think we can do better

Eller isn't signing for that little though. Neither are Vanek or PK though PK isn't proving to be worth more than $6.67 at this point.

Can't fathom bourque being back.

Holy poop, we have 5 more years of this contract for pacioretty?!?!?!?! Feel bad for the guy. He wanted to help the team but signing cap friendly but I doubt he expected the cap to go up so much and for himself to become so good

He'll get his payday and retire a very rich man on a tropical island.

Don't feel bad for him

This Leafs team is not even funny anymore. It's more like a horror movie or snuff film for that matter.

I remember in years past we would be in discussion as leaders to acquire hossa the one year and lecavalier another year at the deadline only to not get them

This was an unexpected surprise grabbing weaver .... And vanek!
