I thought it was a good movie. Worth watching but not the kind of movie I'd watch over and over again.

I thought it was a good movie. Worth watching but not the kind of movie I'd watch over and over again.

Likewise but Russell seems to have a good streak going with The Fighter, Silver Lining's, and this. I still love Bale.

Really used to like Bale (Equilibrium, Machinist, American Psycho) until he started being in too many movies where he didn't fit with the character (Terminator, Batman). Still think he's a pretty good actor though.

Didn't do it for me. Thought it was a little silly. But the one thing that was cool as balls was when he threw his clips along the floor, shot up the joint, slid and reloaded with said floor clips.

Looking at that gut and thinking "wow, all that weigh fluctuation with the Batmans then the Machinist then Batmans now that big (frank)ing gut when he met Edith."

I am most likely wrong in the order but Bale changes his weight and appearance quite a bit with each movie and mostly moreso than less.

This is expected with a method actor. Point I'm making is as much as I love the guy, I can't see that being too healthy.

Dem's the joys I guess.
