They are on pace for a combined 73 points this season. I don't see them pushing 100 points together again. I think its reasonable to expect 75-95 depending on the system they're in. Obviously, a more defensive system will result in fewer points.

The 15% was based on an $80M cap. Next year, it will be more like 17.5%.

I just think its a lot of money committed to two players who appear to be declining. I know their leadership and defense is very good, but they're being paid to produce points too.

We'll see what happens, but I think one of them may need to go at some point. After this season, you don't want to be put in a position where they can't be bought out without it hurting the team.

i guess i view this year as the exception and you view it as the beginning of a trend. i certainly think that the amount kings games that ive watched this year is something for you to consider but maybe im letting bias get the best of me. then again, maybe you are. as we've both said...i guess we'll see.

Plus, I don't give credit to the enemy during the games. Only after, sometimes.

Yeah. It all starts with the breakouts. Definitely not crisp right now. Kings have a great forecheck so they need to be quick with the puck. Move it faster. Support your teammates

Flyers did have a soft first 10 minutes vs the Blues ... and played a great 2nd.

Just comes down to the fore-check of the kings to me right now. They are all over the Flyers and not giving them time to attempt to slow the game down. Great puck pressure all over the ice.
