Taylor Leier had a goal and an assist for Portland in their playoff win last night.

Z2 had an assist in Kelowna's playoff win last night. Z2 actually plays on the PK I believe.

Z1 also plays on the PK.

How about a Z1 - Z2 PK Pairing?

Rinaldo isnt a regular. They tried him earlier, but Raffl is much better. I think Z2 has more defensive potential. Still should have drafted him later though.

My bad, didn't back-read. Didn't see it but that team is in shambles. Don't know how many times you can clean house so to speak, but they have to do something.

Play with what looks like zero structure.

why don't the oilers trade some of their youth for players they need they're team is an absolute joke

For me it would be risky. Eberle and Nugent-Hopkins have promise but those contracts are going to scare teams away from guys who haven't really proven much yet, especially on both sides of the puck.

I really like Hall as a player, but the injury history would make me think twice.

Yakupov seems to have a poop attitude, even though he has definitely been mismanaged by Eakins.

The goaltending has promise imo.

Sakic may be wishful thinking. Difficult to compare Couts to him at this point.

Im thinking Schenn may be similar to Stasny. Not really any perfect comparison.

Couturier still reminds me best of Handzus with a better shutdown ability. Best season he had 20 goals and 28 assists. I think that what I see out of Coots myself, but maybe he proves me wrong.

bSchenn, not too sure to be honest. Needs to find his niche, and better consistency. Has improved this year.

I agree. Couturier doesn't compare to Joe Sakic.

Couturier is going to be better then those numbers in future seasons. He's on pace for 12 goals and 29 assists this Season. And he's not even close to being fully mature physically.

Perhaps starting posts with "I think" would make you look a little more peachy.

Edit: Although, I do think he will be more of an assist guy than a goal scorer. He has a decent shot but doesn't seem to use it too much. King of the bad angle goals.

Ha, that video should be sent to the NHL as an example of what good clean hits look like. The refs in those games where penalties were called should be embarrassed.

Yeah each highlight you can hear Jim Jackson saying how they shouldn't be penalties because the refs are seeing bodies flying and a small undersized player causing all that ruckus has to be charging.

I love how every hit was legal but resulted in a penalty.
