I love that guy. Refuses to gain credibility by just combing his hair. Have to applaud him for that. |

haha i mean the burn thing is whatever. if someone had put pepper in your drink, it would be like okay, how old are you?
but i dont know. i cant speak from experience so im not trying to make any assumptions or projections here, but i would think that if you go your entirely life intentionally not doing it, you have a deep rooted belief in not wanting to. and to trick someone into breaking it is just pretty mean. - stayinthefnnet
Well yeah. He knew it and just wanted to be a Richard. And was promptly punched in the face by my wife. I was so proud of her. |

They should use the writers for some if the novels they have. Lucas really lost touch with star wars before rebooting it. I still haven't seen the 2 or 3rd one. I can't ruin the memory of the originals like that. - Flyersgod
JJ Abrams is co writing it. Should be in good hands. Lucus wrote a basic theme to follow, but its far from written.
I dont think the book writers are up to penning a movie. As much as I love Timmothy Zahn, Aaron Aliston, et al I just dont see movie writing material there. |

NEVER!
They are approaching these movies like the Comics, so as soon as you get tired of specific actors or roles, you can take them out and insert new ones. Especially once Marvels other properties like Spiderman and X-men, and DareDevil and Punisher, fantastic 4 all revert back to marvel. The options and oppertunities will be endless. - SchennBros
You don't feel like you're just watching the same movie over and over and over again? The characters/heroes seem like interchangeable window dressing.

I've yet to see it. But really, they could have done so much more with any of the "Alien" series besides the first 2.
For instance: Alien vs. Predator would be a great 25-minute movie. But they had to develop a plot, and a ridiculous plot at that, and introduce all kinds of weird religious aspects. Just give me 25 minutes of Aliens and Predators having at it. |

Pretty much the same acting job, only a little less snore inducing (there was that one part where he cursed, I liked that). But, when you're a top grossing actor, you get these jobs I guess. - BulliesPhan87
No Brian Cranston has more range then Any actor in a Samual Jackson movie. Just dont judge him off of Breaking Bad. He could have played Nick Fury to a T. And looks like him. |

Oh that makes me feel much better. We'll just be left with a continual cliffhanger throughout the series creating more and more weird, unexplainable occurences as he writes himself into a corner, and then randomly cops out by not explaining anything and naming some random dude King of the Universe. |

They should have had Bruce Campbell play Senator Ovaltine. |

Huh.
You know, now that you mention it...I don't know that I truly liked ANY of them, except one.
I watched them all, got some entertainment value...but don't know that I liked them.
But, believe it or not, the one I did like appears to be the one that a lot more people didn't: Man of Steel.
Don't know why, but I enjoyed the hell out of that movie. Couldn't explain it if I tried.

I can't get behind the Superman thing. He's too good. He' super strong, can fly, can sometimes apparently shoot lasers out of his eyes. And his weakness is some material that is not readily available outside of trace amounts that random evil doers can just get by the truckload. No thanks. |

I hate superman but that movie rocked I thought.
I'm not a fan of the gladiator guy or Anthony Hopkins.. both of them damaged comic book movies to me.
I want a walking dead movie between seasons. |

I'm indifferent towards zombies anymore. I don't groan when I see they're in something, but it doesn't peak my interest either. They're just sort of... there. |

I hear you -- that one was more enjoyable because the bad people were like him, so at least there was an actual threat.
I agree with you about the weakness of the premise of the character, though. Too powerful is just as bad as too weak.

Vampire movies?
Werewolves?
I have movie fatigue in general. They really need to take their time and make good movies instead of the turds they've put out lately.
Hunger games has been great though. |
