First off, thanks to everyone for their good wishes re my brother in laws health, it really helped last night!!

And thanks to the Flyers for another great win, now lets go and ruin Hitch's weekend!!

Don't forget they did that thing where anything that happened under the previous CBA doesn't count.

Regardless, as good as Neal is, he's got a rep.

It doesn't have anything to do with the previous CBA. The statute of limitations according to the CBA for repeat offender status is 18 months. It was the same in both CBA's.

Ok so...this means he must start the year in the N/AHL or Juniors? Is there a rule like the 9 game tryout in the beginning of the year, only for the end of the season in the AHL?

He's going to the AHL to start next season, in all likelihood, and probably going to join the Phantoms immediately on an ATO deal, with the ELC kicing in to start next season.

He won't be going to junior, for sure. The 9 game rule won't apply to him, as he's not a CHLer
