He's already pretty unhappy there. I don't know who he hates more the media, the fans, the management or the coach.

I imagine Toronto is going to deal him this offseason. Wouldn't mind acquiring him for a mid-round pick if it reaches that point. He's a very good backup and a guy I would feel comfortable with if Mason went down.

Two things. First of all I seriously doubt that you could get him for a mid round pick. But I could be wrong. And secondly, he's making 1.6M this year. With the way I see the Cap picture for the Flyers, and what the real needs are. Unless Riemer is willing to take a serious pay cut, he's out of the Flyers price range, in my opinion.

Wouldn't be a bad idea for all parties involved. I'm trying to think of teams who need a goaltender. There just isn't a very strong market.

Well to be fair he could only go down from his rookie year playoff performance. But on most nights he's been giving a pretty mmediocre hurricane team a chance to win. He's also dealt with injuries the past few years if I'm not mistaken.

I think he's been treated unfairly. Seems like they blame the goaltending for everything there (sound familiar). Their save percentage is very high. Leafs are fortunate to be where they are in the standings based on their play.
