Mason was just signed to a new deal worth over 4M a year. He is the unquestioned #1 goalie going forward on this team. And Toronto certainly isn't going to give Riemer away. So I don't see it as a good move for the Flyers to give away assets to acquire Riemer.

Wouldn't be a bad idea for all parties involved. I'm trying to think of teams who need a goaltender. There just isn't a very strong market.
