Again I don't see us in the running for him unless we would win the lottery which is a huge long shot.I wish more would focus on this draft and building thru it not some one in a million long shot next year. - buffalo 1
UM, its no different this year, we still have to win the lottery... |

Then why do you come on this message board if you dont care about our opinions?
Heres my thing if your gonna talk about the draft, heres a novel idea is it so tough to talk abotu a player not ranked in the top 5?
I can talk about a few players on Erie that will be drafted later but you dont care what I think. |

Yeah, besides getting through his raspy voice I thought it would be interesting and he also spoke extensively about the supposed "tank" which has been discussed on here profusely lately. I didn't think it would offend a couple guys who woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. |

PLayers dont tank Organizations tank.
If we didnt want to "tank" well go out and sign a whole bunch of guys, would have traded for good roster players etc. The team being put out there wouldnt win a Calder Cup let alone sniff the playoffs come April |

My 16 year old sister who hates hockey knows how to spell his last name. A fan of hockey knows how to spell one of the best goaltenders of all times last name. Just saying. I usually could care less about spelling on here or proper english but when its a simple 5 letter name spell it correctly considering your love for him and you'll have more of a leg to stand on - Stripes77
Relax man its a social internet sports site. Not English class. People take the site to serious.Look at my date under my name.Been here along time off and on rather you take me serious or not means nothing to me.Just here to have a good time and offer my unprofessional often off beat opinions and to vent on the world of hockey. |

I said I would rather hear the opinion of certain players by hockey professionals more than you when you claimed you mentioned Strome weeks ago. Am I supposed to say "good boy, way to go!! " I didn't say I didn't want to read your or anyone else's opinion's, just that If I had my choice a professional's opinion is valued more than an amateurs. I hope that doesn't ruffle your feathers. |

Here we go again with McDavid and what might happen if all the stars are aligned next Spring.I wonder why the NHL might be trying to change the rules again ? - buffalo 1
Dude, we stink...really bad like almost historically bad like when the power went out in Jeffery Dahmer's neigbhorhood bad. We will not wash that stank off next season either so we probably have the best shot at McDavid out of all the teams that will suck next year. I'm sure the odds are better than a million to one anyway. |

Point being its this year and the focus should be on making this team better now or this Summer.I really cant imagine this team being this bad for another year.WTF would buy tickets to watch or purchase center ice ? This has got to be the worst team Ive ever been a fan of in any sport Ive ever watched in my nearly five decades of existence. No way we can be this bad next season or nothing that's been changed by TM or Nolan has changed or worked. |

Now you're a pro and have great sources? Well, here is this. I've read some of your stuff and nothing jumps out at me as you being a pro, so deduction is how I assume you are an amateur. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure pros work for someone and don't give away their opinions for nothing on hockeybuzz, so there is that as well. |

You dont have to. I will still be there. Murray has said countless times the next 2 drafts (This year and next) will be the most important drafts for this organization. I fully expect them to be bad next year as well. |

Agree the WH thing was a little childish altho what does the NHL or professional sports have to do with politics or the Whitehouse to begin with ? Maybe the exectutive branch should focus more on governing and solving problems and less on showboating and doing media events. This goes for both parties and all 3 branches. |

I agree, what does professional sports have to do with politics... so why does Tim Thomas CONSTANTLY intertwine the two. He has a tea party slogan on his helmet, chose not to celebrate his accomplishment as a professional athlete with his TEAM because of POLITICAL reasons. Draws attention away from a celebration of his team and their accomplishment and instead makes it about his political beliefs.
dude is a scumbag.
I'm with you 100 percent... Tim Thomas is the one that seems to have problems separating the two.
think i'm prolly going a little off topic though.... so i will stop. |
