What a dumb play by Bortuzzo.
Legit, clean hit by Hartnell and a response like that. |

Why not put Maatta and Niskanen on the points, with Malkin & Crosby, and someone like Stempniak or even a Glass in front? Hell, put Engelland there. - rival22
Those 4 alone should automatically score you PP goals... That's a lethal combo |

55 minutes left in the game, yet he feels the need to hit Hartnell there... so dumb... This team plays sooooo stupid in physical games. |

Not trying to troll, but have a question...
Whats the teams perception of Fleury? I mean, what is acceptable for the Pens to do in the playoffs and whats not acceptable? Also since the FA market will have tons of G available, will the Pens think about a G switch for next year with Fleury having 1 year left on contract?
thanks |

MAF is the only player that has showed up for the Pens right now.
It could very easily be 3 or 4 to 0. |

I like our game plan. Let's play right into their hands by taking (frank)ing retarded penalties. Wow! |

Fleury has been awesome this year. As seen by yesterday and today, he's being left out to dry. If he plays like this in the playoffs then we have a chance, it's the team in front of him that is playing poorly. I honestly think fleury will be here for a while |

I felt like he would play well in the regular season like he always does and his future with the team is based on his performance in the playoffs. If he carps the bed again he's gone if he plays decent he's back. I don't think getting to a certain round will save his job it will be purely on his play. |

The team is still high on him... and he's one of the top handful of goalies this season so far this season. He shouldn't win it, but by looking at stats, he could easily be considered a Vezina finalist.
But.... if he's a tire fire in the playoffs again, Shero has to go goalie shopping this summer. You can't have a cup contending team going into the playoffs every season with a #1 goalie that you can't trust. |

Sad but true. I'd feel better if we could at least create at the other end.
@MolinariPG: Fleury's the only reason the Flyers aren't lining up for an extra point right about now. |

Fleury has shown up. The rest of the team should look themselves in the mirror.
I am almost agreeing with Bartley in that if they go into the playoffs like this it will be a short post season. |

thanks for some responding back,
I was thinking the same thing, Fleury puts up good numbers during season but hasn't done much in playoffs. besides injuries, you're team is loaded but just seems that the soft goals in PO's has killed your opportunity to advance.
Edit: Also whats the GM deciding about your FA dmen Niskanen & Orpik? we they both be resigned or let go? |

MAF should go off on the Pens in between periods.
I don't see anyone else on the Pens battling the way he is ..
