I agree completely. I'm 23 and I despise this about our generation. Its extremely rude. I immediately start to get boiling angry if my girlfriend or friend use their phones in front of me. Its gotten to the point where I've taken someone's phone and either thrown it it smacked it out of their hands.

I once had my dog over my mom's house and we were in the basement and my dog goes around the corner and we follow him and there is Poo in the rug. My mom says...look what your dog did... so I pick him up... stick his nose in it and yell, NO... BAD BOY.

My mom got a paper towel while I was getting ready to take him out and says... Oh.. its dry... it must have been my dog....

I felt so bad.

Lol. Sadly its been like that with my girlfriend. She was fine with phone etiquette before she got a smart phone or maybe it was just cause it was earlier in the relationship. Who knows? She will at least apologize and stuff now.
