- attendance issues already
- team getting worse
- ownership embarassing
- financial burden

Yep...Horrible Rink location wont change in Ott either.......No one gonna buy that team and expect to make coin especially given a new rink would have to be built and it would take yrs to get that back....

Disappearing Gov jobs and that city just doesn't have the coin base to support a team...

It's done..EM has lost millions trying to make it work no one is gonna be willing to go down that road again..

I know it was argued that there is no such thing as a territorial veto during Sillyballs legal attempts, but there is. It's in the NHL constitution (I've pulled the clause in the past), the Isles paid the Rags one. It's there. And the Leafs would never allow it.
