I'd love to see him one last time in a NJ sweater too, but let's be honest.

1.He's going to re-sign next year.
2.He'll cry for playing time.
3.Schneider will walk to play elsewhere where he doesn't have to split 50/50 with a 42/43 year old.
4.Lou will essentially have given up a 1st round pick for 2 years of Schneider as backup because neither he nor DeBoner had the sack to challenge Brodeur's ego and define his role as backup or send him packing.
