Matt Moulson they jumped on it. Molson is a perfect Wild type of player.

I can think of two logical reasons.
1) He had a bottle in front of him.
2) He read Garth's book about blog writing. |

I plan on reading that book right after I read Ek's book - the one where he uses our comments to supplement his well-rounded hockey arguments.
Still not sure on the launch date on that one, though... |

it's a work of fiction with the last 30 pages nothing but readers arguing with each other.
sometimes on busy days you open the book and the pages are blank.

There won't be blank pages, give the guy the credit he's due! Those pages will read "more to come." |

Certainly didn't look like world domination against the Sabres last night...that game could have gone either way, against the last placed team. - nikel

They're currently suffering from JFJ disease where they inexplicably end a terrible season with a bunch of wins thereby damaging their draft position for no discernible benefit. |

The reason no one voted for San Jose is because year after year they suck in the postseason yet they refuse to change their roster. Guarentee they do the exact same thing this year. - sambarugh

Because Miller would have supplied much needed goal scoring |

Top 6 True Contenders:
6. Anaheim Ducks: Great team but don't see the depth. Also..
5. San Jose Sharks:are hungry! Every dog has it's day and they've been waiting. Probably the deepest centers in the NHL which is big in playoffs
4. Boston Bruins: Very good playoff team. I'd take the over the sharks or ducks in the cup final although they have equal chances of winning
3. Pittsburgh Penguins: Crosby bound to win 2nd cup sometime
2. Chicago Blackhawks: 2 cups in 4 years. Still got the horses
1. St. Louis Blues: they were playoff strong before getting Miller + Ott. Now their a super-beast. They win cup or team that beats them does |

Yeah that is actually my worry.
We come out of the break, trade our players away and proceed to beat the likes of Boston, San Jose, and TB.....can't exactly tell the players to stop playing but man being the worst team all season will be such a waste to then turn it on just enough to get bumped out of the top picks. |

No doubt in my mind the ducks will be there before the kings. I agree that San Jose will be bounced first round - mighty13duck
The Kings have played in the WCFs the past two years. The Ducks haven't for the past 7 years, back when they had Niedermayer and Pronger. But still no doubt in your mind? Ask the Canucks how much regular season dominance gets you in the playoffs. Not saying the Ducks don't have a chance, but to say you have no doubt is a joke. Give your head a shake. Maybe those rose colored glasses will come loose. |
