You could be surprised. Maybe my take is influenced by my stay in Singapore this summer where I believe the only 4 people who could speak French were my Friend, his sister their mother and I(I'm barely exaggerating!), but people struggle to pronounce it in most cases. Obviously not Québecois Anglos since most of them are used to the pronunciation, but the University I'm headed towards is mostly filled with people from outside the province.

Nothing confirmed yet, I'm going to the open day tomorrow to get a few questions answered, but my mind is almost set.

It's far from the best College in Québec, but they have a minor in Sports management which is basically the only reason I'd be leaving UdeS. They also have smaller classes.
