So when you make fake trade proposals on HB, you talk out of your ass? Sorry I came on here and read the messages. The Hawks are my Western team, so I come on these boards on occasion. I don't see anyone else on here defending your ridiculous trade proposals of two firsts (lottery picks guaranteed, most likely in top 5), a teams best player, and two top prospects. So no, actually when I speak in absolutes, I would be correct. Because I know for 100% that this trade would never happen. I know that Kane (who isn't the best all around player on his own team) will not garnish that kind of return, even in a video game. The only place it apparently makes sense is the fairy world you live in. Let me ask you this. Rewind 7 years. Would you trade the first two round picks (ended up being Kane and Toews), the Hawks best player at the time (don't know who it is) and their top two prospects for Kovalchuk? That is the trade that you are trying to suggest that the Sabres and Hawks make. And for your reference on why I pulled Kovalchuk, he was the first rounder 7 years prior to Kane.

I like the Jackets - they work hard. But this is the second year they are around the cut-off for the last playoff spot; and they seem better than that.
