A-Mac was predictable and getting something back for Mez was a minor miracle... not a bad TDL for them.

I almost feel bad for islanders` fans.. That is a pretty rough return depending on what that prospectiis.

Agreed -- surprised they kept the cap room, but at the same time, they clearly didn't like where prices were.

I said yesterday that I wouldn't have minded if they had done something to stabilize the Hockey IQ of the 3/4 lines, but at the same time, I'm not sad.

Getting a 3rd for an impending UFA who doesn't have a slot on your team is a good day

Well, Moulson wasn't comign back. If we (falsely) assume the 2nd cancel out, it's a 1st for a prospect. Still pretty bad.
