I personally don't think he helps ottawa, at least not at the price of a good prospect and good pick, but that's just me.

A team may be looking for depth and may ask for a player like Ruhwedel to help complete a deal.
Same could be said for Mcnabb but Pysyk is in a separate group.

Ruhwedel doesn't give a playoff team depth though. Contending teams usually look for guys with plenty of NHL experience, which Ruhwedel does not have.

He's a good player, Ottawa is just not utilizing him well. MAcClean makes weird decision this year. He may be a super good fit for you guys..seriously

I wouldn't expect to see any changes to the guys currently in Rochester to be honest. Murray likes what they have going on there and doesn't want to mess with it too much. He already said that they will not be dismantling that team.

If one guy gets moved, that's probably all you'll see.

He certainly doesn't embarrass himself while playing with the big boys.

Stewart, Moulson, Halak , Ehrhoff or Myers one of the two, not both.
Ennis or Hodgson, not both.
Perhaps Mcnabb, Adam and even Grigorenko could be parts of deals.

If Murray doesn't receive a whopper of an offer, he has no need to dish either of them. Detroit can totally pony up a great package, they have about 3-4 great young players to return to us. If they're unwilling, screw em. Ehrhoff can rot here.

I may be in the minority but I'm not ready to give up on Myers. Still too much upside. He's a great skating big man with skill. He's still growing into his own body.
