Every team submits their "claims". You can claim one player, then the rest of the teams go through in order. If your second claim is still there after the rest of the teams make their claims you get it

I think the deal here is a 1st and a 2nd for St. Louis and Callahan goes to clear the roster spot because the Rangers can't get him re-signed. McKenzie is also saying Bolts won't try to sign him long term so if this trade happens Callahan will be on the market this summer.

I know he was waived Stripes.
I don't think the Sabres claimed him like Harrington is saying.
The Panthers put him on waivers in the first place to make room for Luongo.
After they move Thomas, Clemennsen will be backing up Luongo the way I see it.
