I don't think there is anyone that thinks that Couturier is going to be an elite player. Talk about going to extremes. What is said about Couturier is that he's going to be one of the top 2 way forwards in the NHL. And is a player that you win with. And his skating is not going to stop him from becoming that player. This kid has special instincts andhockey sense.

Tavares, Benn and Getzlaf are 'slow'. Heatley was slow enough to score 50-goals. Pronger was slow. Chara's beyond slow, he's practically stationary.

To be fair, I don't think either Coots nor either of the Rangers D took a single stride once they hit the blueline.... LD made a pathetic attempt at the puck, and McDonagh was channeling his inner-OV... everybody was gliding in.
