It depends on what your idea of "in shape" is. The guy can skate, is a pro athlete....but Im telling you, I met him a few months ago, and he doesnt "look" like a pro athlete. But anyways, 6-1 tonight?

Jesus, really? I have to dignify this with an answer. If he's less fat, and more muscular, his shot could easily get better, his stride could get stronger, his acceleration could increase (and so on and so forth). You know, fitness poop. It's no secret the guy is a lazy introverted gamer, who could stand to use an extra yoga session once in a while. Look at stamkos if you need an example, but don't let Kessel off the hook just because he's a league leader, there's always room to improve.

really? golf shirts? naz looks pretty sloppy there to.. and i'm pretty sure whoever is in the back has B cups. I've seen pretty fit dudes look like chris Farley when you snap a picture of them holding a hot dog with their arm in the air wearing a tucked in golf shirt.

i'm pretty sure if he was 1/4 as out of shape as his husky face makes him look, and as you're projecting him to be.. he wouldn't be one of the most dangerous players in the national hockey league. period.

You can see he is out of shape everytime he gets back to bench. I know they work hard out there but the guy is sucking gas hard when he gets back to bench, head lowered and just having a hard time breathing - reminds me of some smokers I play with when they get back to bench.
Kessel is definitely not in top shape.
