No matter what rumors are flying around Phil. Hawks MO isn't to make big moves during the season. So to me. Its much ado about nothing. Would he make the Hawks better? maybe. Is anyone down on the farm ready for the 3rd pairing? That is the question. I have no doubt Morin could fill Bickell's spot. But one of Leddy or Brookbank would have to go.

2C isn't important enough to mess with the team, imo. It's gonna be Zues, with perhaps a low-cost bottom-sixer added.

It's going to be a retool, we don't need to be on the bottom of the league to get some good players cough cough hawks.

More of a de-TOOL than a retool.

From top to bottom (management and coach included) you now have more tools than the rest of the league.

The Blows may be threatening for the lead soon though.

Plus, you're already at the bottom - record may not look like it but you are no where close to being top tier in the pacific and I would take the prospect chains of the Yotes and Flames over yours. Once again thank Gillis.
