Ask yourself a question here..How good has Trevor Timmins Not been in Montreal in the 12 years he has run the draft if the Habs have so many players from other teams, ncluding just about everybody on your lst?? And if he's That good at his job, how come Montreal will have only One foward (Pacioertty) that will reach FIFTY Points this season?? That's POINTS!!

I agree. I don't understand the rationale behind any move of Myers unless it involves a very good talent coming back.

Maybe Colorado sending O'Reilly, but he loves Roy and Roy loves him so I think they get the salary thing worked out.

If you think that he would bring that kind of a return I've got some beach front property in Phoenix I'd like to sell ya. Myers has the potential to be a good d-man, but right now, he has a bad contract for a player that has not lived up to his promising first year. Perhaps a change of scenery would help him, or more time under Nolan, but now, no way does he get that kind of return.

What about Myers and a 1st to Ottawa for Pageau. The guy is the next Giroux, probably better. Sabres could build around him for years.

Totally agree. This is where Regier failed. He never moved stafford when he was at his highest value point. Same thing with Myers, tho i REALLY love the way he's been playing.

There is no player like him in the NHL with the same size and skating ability

He's already a very, very good player. His stats on the 30th ranked team won't support that. He dominated San Jose last night, the guy will either get moved for a potential superstar or not moved at all IMO. He fits into this rebuild timeline perfectly.

Completely agree! He can bring in a good roster player, a good prospect and a high draft pick or two, which at this point in time is a really great thing for Buffalo.

Plays big minutes in all situations but is better supporting a #1 than being the lead dog.

Understood in that context his contract is actually pretty good as it was front end loaded and the really big dollars have already been paid out.

He was awesome his first couple of years, expectations went way up and even when he played solid D he was a disappointment because everyone wanted him to be a #1. J.Bo, like Myers, is a great #2. Plays big minutes in all situations but is better supporting a #1 than being the lead dog.
