Well the fact they pulled Ott too is telling.

I remember the Flames last year didnt pull Iggy against Chicago even though they were trying to trade him but did it two days later against Colorado when the deal with Boston was supposedly wrapped up.

Only time I remember a guy being pulled like this and not traded the same night is Bill Guerin a few years ago, that deal took a few days to finalize.
