the guy has 3 goals and 24 assists in 122 NHL games. not exactly big time offensive numbers? those are ken daneyko numbers, and nobody things number 3 was a 2 way player?

maybe because we dont have the forwards the can put up goals so he can get assists

he doesnt have a big shot but he does have a very deflectable shot and the devils normally hold prospects back to play defense before letting them jump into attack

Yea, for something a lot better than cam. Larsson has top pairing potential. He's already a mid pairing guy.. at 21.. With cup finals experience. He's not as expendable as u may think. He's incredibly valuable.

maybe i'm missing something but what exactly in his track record has told you larsson is a 2 way defenseman, he has nothing to offer on the offensive side of things. his numbers in sweden weren't any good?

Why are you so hung up on numbers, you're including last season where no one did that well, and then you're including his rookie season; which he showed some really amazing moments. Yes Larsson needs more grit in his game, but before he got hurt he was starting to use his body more. He looks like he's trying to be a 2 way player, but give him time, he's still finding himself.
