Not necessarily. All you need to do is find a team that is going for it that year or a gm that is trying to keep his job. I can't think of several teams that fit the former (especially St. Louis as he would be their missing link). Washington fits the latter. The return might be lower than we like but it very well still might be great.

Having spent a lot of time in Florida and currently residing in ct.... It's hard to blame him. Florida is a hole, Greenwich is SUPER fancy and extremely nice.
