Most rec leagues don't allow checking. Where do you play that allows it?

We will be getting great young players in the draft that will hopefully help us become a serious contender in the next few years...

you will be stuck with having had a great team but missed your opportunity at a cup because you couldn't pull the trigger an a top 5 NHL goalie because you low-balled it.

we have a league where slap shots and hitting is allowed... but it is only one league... all the rest only offer the no contact ones.

I don't think a non-elite goaltender has won the Stanley Cup in close to 2 decades..

prove me wrong... The only exception might be Khabby with TBL but he played pretty darn elite that year.

I wish they had hitting here.....then again, too many knuckleheads start crap in the no-check leagues so it probably isn't a good idea. Do you end up getting a lot of fighting in the hit league? Just curious

Exactly. I know for a fact that he's #2 in JJPM (jumping jacks per minute) (Goc is #1 btw) and he has the biggest Buffy the Vampire Slayer blu ray collection in the league.

You can push and shove or whatever.. but you can't drop the actual mitts and fight...

If you do that you are automatically thrown out of the game and the next 2 games of league play..


There have been plenty of times where a guy comes into the other team's locker room after the game and starts somethign though.
