Then let him go to the Rangers. The Jets aren't going to be taking Girardi or Callahan back either. It would take prospects or picks. That means the Rangers could go into next season without Callahan, Girardi or many young assets in exchange for Byfuglien. If that happens, then I'm all for it!

I think Hockey Trade is key here. I can see Homer being very busy at this TDL. Either moving a center for a defenseman, moving some of our d-depth, etc.

I literllay could see a scenerio that Flyers trade Timonen for cap space and land Buff with a few other pick ups and drops... ie Meszaros and a depth forward.
